Conditions of UseGeneral Business TermsPricesAll prices include applicable "sales tax". All prices are without obligation. For all deliveries, we reserve the right of forwarding against prepayment except for errors and changes. Shipping charges The items must be collected in Milan by yourself or your appointed logistics agent. We would be happy to offer any assistance we can to your agent. Payment Payment is to be made immediately upon receipt of the goods. Payment options are: cash or cheque without any deductions. The shipping company is "encashment-qualified". Retention of title classicamobile.com claims enhanced ownership of the goods until the complete fulfillment of all outstanding debts. Notification of defects The self-importer is required to check the goods for any defects immediately. If flaws and/or deviation of the quantity are found, they have to be reported to the shipping agent immediately and they should also be set out in writing. Flaws of any kind have to be reported, at the latest, 3 days after receiving the goods. If the self-importer neglects to report the defects within the stipulated time, the order will be considered "fulfilled" and the delivered goods assumed accepted as "correct" in quantity and quality. Damaged goods If the self-importer receives damaged goods (damage through transport / manufacturing errors / missing parts etc.) he has the right to get substitution immediately and without further costs. Damages have to be reported in writing through a letter to be sent or faxed or electronically (via e-mail) transmitted within 8 working days. In the event that the self-importer neglects his duty of care and fails to report damages within the time stipulated, his claims will expire. The self-importer can also negotiate lowering the price (in the event of slight damage) but in doing so he loses his claims to substitution. Right of return The right of return is 14 days after receipt of goods. You can either telephone us or write to us via e-mail but this must be done within 14 days after receiving the goods. The right of return is exclusive to the following articles: custom-made products, special offers and price-reduced offers which are in stock. Return transport Return transport is free of charge for the self-importer. classicamobile.com will organize the return transport. Arbitrary return transport arranged by the self-importer is to be paid by the self-importer. This also applies to refusal of acceptance. The most "cost-effective" (cheapest) return transportation is to be chosen. Refusal of acceptance In the event that the self-importer refuses to accept the delivered goods, regardless of the reasons, he will not be fulfilling his obligations. As a result, classicamobile.com will charge the self-importer the complete freight costs, as well as damages caused by the delay. The damage of delay will comprise labour costs plus the extra charges incurred during the fulfillment of the contract between the self-importer and classicamobile.com. Recirculation of goods Recirculation of goods will only be accepted in the original freight-boxes and the original slides. So please keep the freight-boxes and slides after delivery. Order Your order can be made via mail, by fax, by telephone or by e-mail. Upon receipt of your order, it will be processed and confirmed by return e-mail within 24 hours. Your order will be considered legally binding once confirmation has been sent to you. Cancellation of Orders You can cancel your order up to 8 working days after receipt of our confirmation of your order. |
